Dr. Ankit Khandelwal completed his MBBS at King George's Medical College (KGMC), Lucknow, followed by an MD, a Post Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (PGDFM) from Christian Medical College, Vellore, and CCEBDM certification in evidence-based diabetes management. He spent his early consultant years in busy multispecialty hospital practice, managing everything from severe infections and uncontrolled diabetes to complex elderly patients on many medicines at once.

That experience shaped the way the clinic runs today. Consultations are longer than average, reports are explained line by line, and every medicine on your list is reviewed for whether it is still doing something useful. Where a specialist opinion is genuinely required — cardiology, nephrology, neurology — a timely referral is arranged and the findings are brought back into a single plan.

Alongside clinical work, he has taught junior residents at the bedside, led an antibiotic stewardship initiative in his department, and continues to update his practice against national and international guidance.
